Meet the FEMstival Organisers
FEMstival was founded by Tova Leigh and Chiara Ferri in 2025, born from a shared vision to bring awareness, connection, and playfulness to the exploration of love and intimacy. Tova and Chiara created FEMstival to help women reconnect with their bodies, trust their intuition, and tap into their own strength.
Their mission is to create a growing community of embodied beings: awake, expressive, and fully alive.
Tova Leigh
Tova is a ten-year-old child trapped in a fifty-year-old woman’s body. Fuelled by laughter, chocolate, pleasure, and an unshakable zest for life, she’s on a mission to live authentically - and to gently (and sometimes not so gently) encourage other women to do the same.
In 2015, she launched her viral blog My Thoughts About Stuff, where she shared the ups and downs of motherhood, relationships, and hot flashes. This quickly spiralled into a life on stage, with several one-woman shows, female empowerment retreats, and multiple books, including her bestselling F*cked at 40*, inspired by a very enjoyable midlife crisis.
As a mother of girls, Tova is passionate about being a proudly “difficult woman,” always with the intention of making the world a little better, or at the very least, a lot funnier.
