General Information

All information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a legal contract between FEMestival (Tova Leigh) and any individual or entity unless otherwise stated.

Information may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice. We recommend checking the FEMestival page regularly for the latest updates. While we aim to keep all information accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees of completeness or accuracy.

Bookings

All bookings for FEMestival are made via application through the official website:
https://tovaleigh.com/femstival

Prices include charges applied by Stripe or international banks. All payments are processed in GBP. Euro amounts are shown for guidance only and may vary slightly depending on exchange rates.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to alex@tovaleigh.com and must be acknowledged to be valid.

  • If you do not receive confirmation, your cancellation is not considered processed.

  • In the event of a no-show, all payments are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be given for:

    • Early departure

    • Unused sessions, activities, or experiences

  • Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be made via third parties.

  • In the event of cancellation by FEMstival, all tickets will be refunded in full. FEMstival shall not be held liable for any consequential losses or expenses, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other related costs.

Personal property:

It remains the guest's responsibility to ensure that their personal belongings are secure at all times. Tova’s Female Empowerment Retreat accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage to property however sustained or caused.

Age restriction:

Bookings cannot be accepted from any person under the age of 18.

Activities:

Due to unfavourable weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances, Tova’s Female Empowerment Retreat may reschedule or cancel any activities without giving advance notice guests.
