What is an online adventure?
The easiest way to explain it is that it's an online pre-recorded course BUT the reason I called it an 'adventure' and not a 'course' is because it's so much more! A course makes it sound like you'll be sitting in class and I'll be teaching you from a text book, but I would much rather think about this as a shared experience. I'll be sharing with you tools and teaching you everything I know and what helped me have a 'fuck it' attidude, but we are also going to have some fun!
What am I actually signing up for?
What you will get is a lifetime access to five pre recorded videos with me about confidence, body image, pleasure needs and self acceptance. In each video you will be asked to pause and answer questions that are relevant TO YOU and engage in exercises or as I like to call it - play! You will also have access to an exclusive online community via a Facebook group of other people who are taking part in the adventure. This community is there for support and is a great place to connect with likeminded people who are on the same journey.
What is the Online Adventure About?
Over the years I have been asked a million times about my F*CK IT attitude towards body image, parenting, sexuality, taboo topics and so much more. This idea of caring less about what other people think of me, being true to my inner voice and living life to it’s absolute fullest wasn’t always easy for me and I had to work at it. But after years of being a ‘people pleaser’ and being afraid of change, saying the wrong thing or taking risks I decided that life was too short and started a journey towards being my authentic self. This meant saying ‘yes’ less, listening to my needs, doing things I loved, putting myself at the top of the priority list and saying ‘fuck it’ much more often! Nearly a year ago I sat down to think about the journey I have been on, what helped me, what I had learnt, how far I’ve come and how I can help others ignite their own journey. Finally after months of working on this online adventure, it’s finally time to launch!

How do I sign up and how much is it?

How long are the videos?
There are five pre recorded videos which are all under thirty minuets and roughly the length of a Netflix episode.
How will I feel at the end of the Adventure?
Hopefully at the end of the adventure you will be able to give yourself permission to put yourself at the top of your priority list, be yourself, listen to your needs, and of course permission to eat cake!
How do I gain access to the private Facebook community?
The Facebook group is private and you can only gain access once you sign up to the ‘Ignite Your Fuck It Attitude’ Online adventure. When you request to join the Facebook group via the link provided you will need to provide your order number and email address you registered to the online adventure with.
Personal Statement Regarding Pricing
When I was looking into pricing this online adventure, it was really important to me that it reflects the amount of time and effort that was put into it, but also my goal and intention is to create something affordable and accessible to a large amount of people.
Having this in mind, although I feel this adventure is a priced fairly, I know there might be some people out there who would love to do this online adventure and really benefit from it but just can’t afford it due to having limited funds. I really do not want the lack of finances to be the reason they can’t have access to my online adventure.
Therefore, if you feel you are struggling financially and cannot afford the online adventure but really feel this is something that will help you, then please add your name to my waiting list via the button at the bottom of this page for free access to the online adventure . This is something very important to me, I am open and willing to help those who just simply cannot afford it. For every 10 sign ups to the online adventure I will be adding one participants for free. This will be on a first come, first serve basis and you will be contacted by email.
I always want to try and give back to my community and in general and while obviously this online adventure is a way for me to make a living as part of my income but it’s also a chance for me to do something good in the word and spread goodness, this is the whole point of the online adventure! A portion of the income I earn from this adventure will be donated to charities, specifically charities that fight against domestic violence and for women’s rights both locally and worldwide.
