Padrón Peppers

Ingredients:

300 grams of Padrón peppers (about 2 cups)

50 ml extra virgin olive oil

Flaky sea salt

Method

Rinse and dry the peppers.

Heat the oven to 200c

Spread the papers on a tray

sprinkle salt and drizzle olive oil

cook for 20 min while tossing every few minutes

Remove the peppers and place them on a plate
