To ensure the right mix of people, our retreats are by application only. Please fill out the application form provided.

If your application is successful you will be contacted by email from alex@tovaleigh.com. You will be asked to pay a deposit of £500 which is non - refundable within 24hours of receiving the ‘Application Accepted’ email, your place will only be secured once you have paid the deposit. If you do not pay the deposit with in the 24 hours, the place will be offered to someone else.

The £500 is non refundable under any circumstances.

The balance is due 8 weeks before the retreat date. Once the balance is paid this-is also non refundable.

Yes, you can bring your laptop but we would rather you didn’t work as we want you to be totally relaxed, rested, rejuvenated and participate in everything the retreat has to offer, without thinking about work commitments - so please leave your laptop at home if at all possible.

The rooms will be assigned randomly - but this retreat is not about the rooms, it’s about the people and the experience.

Your room will be ready for you upon arrival. You will receive fresh towels upon arrival.

All the rooms have AC, their own bathroom/shower and a WC.

Once you have been accepted you will be asked to pay a £500 non refundable deposit. 8 weeks before the retreat date you will be asked to pay balance - once paid it will be non refundable.

Under certain circumstances we reserve the right to decided if a participant will be offered a partial refund or be offered credit note for future retreats.

• You like solo travelling and don’t want to be meet new people and you don’t wan to try new things.

You will be welcomed by a friendly member of staff offering you a nice cold beverage. You will be assigned your rooms where you can unpack and relax, maybe go for a dip in the pool, explore your surroundings and meet other retreat guests. There will be celebratory welcome dinner on the first night where all will be revealed!

Once you have paid your final balance you will receive an email with all the information you need, such as exact location, information on how to get to the retreat and a rough schedule. The fill schedule will be shared upon arrival.

We have thousands of people waiting to go on this retreat and we want to make sure that those who take up a space are serious and will indeed take part and not take someone else’s spot. Paying a deposit will be a commitment. This is why we ask you to MAKE SURE you can actually go before applying and paying the deposit.

The £500 deposit is non-refundable so please make sure you are able to come before you commit.

The rest of the balance will only be charged 8 weeks ahead of the retreat - once paid it will also be non-refundable.

As you can imagine, organising a retreat takes a lot of work and we will be paying to secure many things which we can’t get a refund on if people don’t show up. We also want to make sure people don’t take up spots and then cancel last minute so we need to make sure our applicants are committed.

If you have to cancel for a medical reason and we manage to sell the room we may consider a small refund or a voucher for a future retreat.

Please note there will be an International Processing Fee of £10.00 added to the £500 deposit for anyone paying from outside of the UK and there will be an International Processing fee of 3.2% added to the remaining balance for anyone paying outside of the UK. This is an International transfer fees that we get charged by Stripe, this is a Stripe Fee.

Absolutly! Tova will be on site most of the time and will be taking part in most of the activities as well as leading some of the workshops.

We want you to get the most out of your stay. While having a drink is fun, you can do that any time which is why we will not be serving alcohol throughout the retreat. During the week you will have a trip off site during which you are free to drink alcohol, we just ask that alcohol is not brought on site.

On the retreat you might want to tip your masseuse and the chef, but please do not feel obligated - all the activities are fully paid for by us.

June is a perfect month to come to Portugal, the weather will be stunning and perfect for the pool and beach. Make sure you bring a sun hat and suncream to keep safe in the sun!

Absolutely not. This retreat is for you so you can do whatever things you want to do and leave out whatever you don’t want. Having said that, Tova encourages you to take part in as many things as possible, but taking time to reflect, rest, nap, read is totally part of why we are there… in short, give yourself permission to do as much or as little as you like!

Quinta means estate or farm in Portuguese. It’s basically a massive plot of land with a main house and smaller buildings along with trees, natural ponds and a lot of nature. This property is in the mountains surrounded by stunning forest and over looking onto a valley.

There will not safes in the rooms are on site. All rooms will have keys to lock your rooms but if you are worried about your personal belongings such as money or passports, please keep these on you at all times whilst on site. It remains the guest's responsibility to ensure that their own personal belongings are secure at all times.
