Green Bean Salad
Ingredients
Green beans
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
Garlic puree
Honey
Salt and pepper
Method
Boil the green beans in water for roughly 3 minutes until they are slightly soft
Drain and dry the green beans then pan fry them with sesame oil and salt and pepper
Add just a little honey and garlic puree
In a separate pan, fry the sesame seeds in sesame oil for a couple of minutes
Serve the green beans and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
