Sweet & Spicy Sashimi Salad

Ingredients:

Mix’s leaves

Rocket leaves

Broccoli

Walnuts

Leek

salmon sashimi

Oil (ideally coconut or sesame)

Dressing

Soya sauce

Sweet chilli sauce

Honey

Salt

Pepper

Method

Lightly pan fry chopped up leek in a pan with two spoons of oil

Boil or steam broccoli

Toss everything in a bowl

Mix a tablespoon of the chilli sauce with two spoons of soy sauce and a bit of honey and pore on top of the salad

Season with salt and pepper
