Shakshuka
Ingredients:
Onion
Tinned chopped tomatoes
Tomatoes paste
Free range eggs
Oil salt paper
Method
Chop an onion and fry on medium heat in a pan with oil
When the onions are golden add a tip of chopped tomatoes and a spoon of tomato paste
Add 4 tablespoons of water and stir
Cool on low heat for 15 min
Break the eggs in
Add salt and pepper
Cook with lid for ten min
